Brushes in ABR format for Photoshop, Affinity Photo and co.
The brush tips that you can download in ABR format are compatible with Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, Affinity Photo, Adobe Photoshop Elements, Corel PaintShop Pro and Adobe Fresco.
The motifs of the brush tips are stored in ABR files in a specific maximum size of up to 5,000 pixels. After you have imported the brush tips, you can change the size of the motif up to this maximum value via the brush settings. However, not every program is able to import motifs up to 5,000 pixels. Therefore, many brush tips are available on TutKit.com in two ABR files each:
- You can apply the ABR files with a brush size of up to 5,000 pixels in Photoshop CC, Affinity Photo and Photoshop Elements.
- The ABR files with a brush size of up to 2,500 pixels can be used in Photoshop CS2 and higher, GIMP, Adobe Fresco and PaintShop Pro 2018 and higher.
TutKit.com also offers brush tips with predefined brush settings (which we sometimes refer to as effects brushes). These in turn have been specially prepared for use in Photoshop CC. Please note the respective compatibility information for the various brush downloads.
You are also welcome to take a look at how to install and use the brushes in Photoshop.
