The membership for premium and business models as well as for the models "Templates & Assets" and "All-in-one" is concluded for a period of 12 months from the date of contract conclusion. In contrast, the starter membership and the membership "Tutorials & E-Books" offer the option of a twelve-month or one-month term – depending on the chosen payment method. Your membership will automatically renew for the same cycle unless cancelled in writing (e.g. by email, fax, or postal letter) or through your account in the Membership section at least 4 weeks before the end of the contract term. There are no cancellation fees.

Unfortunately, late cancellations cannot be taken into account or will only be set for the next possible cancellation date. Please contact our support directly within the context of special cancellation rights such as the owner's death here.
