Operating systems and browsers
Our digital content such as training courses and assets (mockups, design templates and presets ...) can be run on Windows (11, 10, 8, 7, Vista) and on macOS (Yosemite 10.10 or higher). The training courses can be viewed as streaming content with the Chrome, Safari, Opera and Edge browsers.
iOS devices: iPad and iPhone
In general, we strongly recommend that you download the digital content to your Mac or PC first. Unzip the files and then import all videos to iTunes using the included playlist. After the import process to iTunes, you can synchronize all videos as a playlist to your iPad or iPhone as usual. You will then find the synchronized video content as a media library entry in your 'TV' app.
If you want to download the video training directly to your iPhone or iPad, select Apple's 'Files' application as the storage location. From there you can access the zip file, its menu structure and also the content. The handling is less convenient than with the pre-installed TV application and synchronization via iTunes, but the 'Files' app also allows you to save individual MP4 files as a video via the share icon, which means you can access and view them as often as you like in your Photos app.
Since we do not cooperate with Apple and their operating system as well as their standard applications are subject to constant change, we recommend that you go the way Apple officially provides for the transfer of files under iOS, which is synchronization via iTunes.
If you use another application to unpack ZIP files (e.g. from the App Store), please also note that you will need at least 2.5 times the space on your device to download content (sometimes considerably more), as you must also be able to unpack the ZIP archives.
Android smartphones and tablets
Download on your computer: After downloading and unpacking the ZIP file, the video training courses are available in MP4 format or assets. To copy the videos to your Android device, proceed as follows: Connect your device to your PC and simply add the videos, for example, to a folder of your choice on your cell phone (a new drive letter will appear for this). Alternatively, you can also create your own folder on the SD card, copy all videos into it and play them with the Rock Player (download for free from the Market), for example. Or you can use Dropbox or other services.
Downloading to smartphone/tablet: If you want to download trainings directly to your smartphone or tablet, you may also need an extra app with which you can unpack ZIP files, such as RAR for Android or something similar. You then need to copy your download link, download it via the app, unzip the ZIP file and play the videos directly via the MP4 files.
